We will be taking club pictures from 10:00 to 10:15! The picture will begin at 10:08. You MUST wear your t-shirt to be included in the picture. If you do not have your t-shirt, you will not be allowed into the picture. Please plan accordingly and get your t-shirt by Tuesday!

Today is the final day to sign-up for the Regional Leadership Conference (RLC).
The cost is $35 to compete and attend. Dinner will be included. Please check your email for more information. If you would like to compete and attend the State Leadership Conference (SLC), you are required to compete at RLC. The deadline to complete the form for this event was September 26th, 2019 Fall Rally will take place at Perry, GA on October 10th, 2019. We will be travelling via school buses and make sure you are at South Forsyth High School no later than 5:45 AM. Students will participate in a motivational rally and open testing (Which is a "test-run" of competing in a testing event). Students will be released and will be allowed to have fun at the Perry Fair. Students will have unlimited rides and will be able to have as much fun as they want! We will return by 9:00 PM at South Forsyth High School. The deadline to pay for FLC is today. If you would like to attend, please pay for the trip by today on MyPaymentsPlus and please fill out the registration form. Want to help clean up Lake Lanier and earn Community Service Hours? We will be hosting a meeting for information about the Lake Lanier Shore Cleanup on August 29th at 8AM in Mrs. Yonk's room (Room #156). Please make plans to attend if you would like to attend the Lake Lanier Cleanup. The cleanup will occur on September 14th, 2019 at Lake Lanier. Students will help collect trash and other litter on the shore to help out the environment. Members can earn up to 4 hours of community service.  Today is the last day to turn in your form for attending Fall Rally. Make sure you completely fill out the form and return it to to Mr. Beckley (Room #474) by September 26, 2019.

Please make checks out to "SFHS FBLA" or pay on MyPaymentsPlus. The cost is $58 and that includes unlimited rides. Please check your email for more information. Register for the 2019-2020 South Forsyth High School chapter by August 28th to hang out in Mrs. Yonk's room and receive a free donut! 
On August 22nd, South Forsyth FBLA will host their Kick-off meeting to "kickoff" the 2019-2020 school year! Members will be invited to the cafeteria after school ends and the leadership will present a small presentation highlighting our chapters achievements and about us. Members will then be able to play Gun Gorilla Man, a networking game, to win prizes such as free entry to Fall Rally. There will be QR codes posted around the cafeteria, so that members can sign up for squads. Squads are groups of 10 members and a squad leader. Squads will be used for communication, networking, and many other things throughout the year. Members will sign up for squads by using the QR codes and will be able to speak with other members of their squad and squad leader. Then, the squad leader will make a group chat with all of the members and will play a team building game with their squad. After the members meet up with their squad, they are free to get food from the volunteers. Lastly, Advisors and officers will be available for any questions regarding our chapter or FBLA to help new members start FBLA at South Forsyth worry-free.
